Green Initiatives to Reduce Carbon Footprint
We have adopted the 3R principle—Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, ensuring a sustainable future through advanced technology and eco-conscious practices. Our energy-efficient plant and processes underscore our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
Power Optimization
• Energy-efficient operations save 6000 kWh/day or 2.1 million kWh/year
• Result: Annual reduction of 1836 tons of CO₂ (at 0.85 kg CO₂/kWh)
Biomass Fuel Boilers
• Run on agri-waste like groundnut shells
• Offset over 14,040 tons/year of CO₂ emissions
Heat Recovery Systems
• Recover 40% of waste heat
• Prevent 61 tons/month of CO₂ emissions
Plastic Waste Recycling
• Over 384 MT of plastic waste recycled annually
• In full compliance with EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) norms
Micro-Dust as Fuel
• Steam generation using micro-dust reduces dependence on conventional fuels and further lowers emissions
